Big thanks to Home Leisure for getting my pool table delivered and set up in just two weeks after I bought it. I chatted with Ollie, who gave me some solid advice on the tables and the extras. The whole buying experience was easy-peasy, and the installation crew showed up bright and early on the big day. They had the table all set up and ready to go in about an hour. Awesome service, much appreciated Home Leisure!

The customer service here is top-notch and super knowledgeable. We swung by their showroom and wow, what an experience! So many options, but the team really helped us grasp the differences in the tables, sizes that would fit our space, and all that jazz. We ended up snagging a 7ft pool table along with an interactive dart board.

Delivery and setup went off without a hitch. I pointed out where I wanted it, and they even suggested the best playing direction (break balls away from the TV) and the ideal spot for the dart board in the room.

I chatted with Ollie at Home Leisure about getting a 6ft pool table. He suggested the Signature Cambridge, and it turned out to be just right. The table showed up at least three weeks ahead of schedule, which was awesome since I was worried it would be too late for my son's birthday because I didn't order it in time. On the day of delivery, everything went smoothly; the setup was quick, neat, and tidy. Tyrone walked us through all the care instructions and how to level it if necessary. Everyone involved in the sale and setup was super polite and friendly. Overall, the whole process was a breeze, and I’d totally recommend it to anyone looking to buy a pool table.

Tom was super helpful in giving us info and advice on which pool table to get, if it would fit in our space, and even brought over samples of the cloth and wood to ensure we were satisfied with our selections and that they matched our current decor. The sales experience was excellent, and the installation in our chosen room was quick and easy. The quality of the table we bought is amazing and provides a fantastic playing experience. I would definitely suggest Tom and the crew to others.

I bought a 7ft signature Douglas MDF bed table back in September 2022. The delivery took a bit longer than I thought it would, but it wasn't a total disaster (I had to reach out a few times for updates). When the table finally showed up, I was pretty let down - the quality of the manufacturing was really lacking (de-lamination all over the legs, wood that was poorly cut with some holes not fully through, etc.) and it didn’t match the description (for instance, it was said to have ‘metal corner caps’ but they turned out to be plastic - and as of now, the video on the website hasn’t changed). I reached out to Home Leisure about this - sent some photos, but I haven’t heard back, and the promise to update the video clearly hasn’t happened.

A few months later - I can manage with the table, but I’m not thrilled about it. Even with light use, the cloth is wearing out way more than I’d expect, and no matter how much I adjust and tighten, the (not-so-great) adjustable chrome legs can’t keep a level for more than a couple of frames. I’m sticking with the table because I think the trouble of getting a replacement or refund isn’t worth it - I’ve done some DIY fixes and it works okay most of the time - but having just an ‘okay’ table with problems (especially when the promo video talks about premium and high quality) doesn’t really make for a good experience. I kinda wish I’d saved some cash and gone for a cheaper table from Riley.

Following up on my review from September 25, 2020. I hired one of the top table fitters in the UK to check out my Diamond Professional table. We discovered that the setup was completely off. After reaching out to H.L., I found there was absolutely no interest in fixing my table. Three weeks of promised callbacks never happened. When I talked to my fitter, it seemed like all they cared about was getting him to install tables for them. Ultimately, the best H.L. could do was come and pick up the table. They disassembled it, snapped photos of it in my home without asking, and posted those on their website. The table was then labeled as a Warehouse Clearance? Plus, they wouldn’t refund my money until the van had left my place, even though they had already taken 8k from me for the original order. Since then, I’ve bought a Diamond Professional table from a different, trustworthy company, and it’s fantastic. Seriously, steer clear of H.L. for anything beyond basic items. Their customer service is appalling. Oh, and have you noticed? No condescending responses to either of my emails.
